Participating in the discussion from the Muslim community in Russia was Mufti A. P. Krganov, chairman of the Muslim Assembly in Russia.

Archbishop Antoniy, speaking on behalf of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, conveyed to the gathering the Patriarch’s best wishes of successful and fruitful work and informed them about the work of the Russian Church’s institutions abroad and their experience of relations with state-run structures in that area.

The section considered the promotion of the Russian education abroad, development of public relations and popularization in other countries of the Russian historical and cultural heritage.
